Infinity Care have been attending my disabled father for two years. Mum & I meet all the care visitors and I deal with the office team frequently. We are delighted with the care provided. I am Power of Attorney for my parents and deal with every aspect of dad’s care package, medications & his considerable mobility needs.

I have rarely come across such a happy, well run, outfit, having had prior similar experience of several care agencies in Surrey. I am meticulous with regards to dad’s complex requirements. I would not let problems go unnoticed and would be first to identify fault if it was there.

I have personal experience of Infinity reacting to events, identifying and resolving emerging issues that run directly counter to issues as reported by the CQC. From tiny matters like application of creams to identifying need to change dad’s transfer procedures – including new equipment, room layouts and documenting and training the team in new procedures.

We remain proud to have Infinity Care in our lives and recommend their services without hesitation.

I note the CQC found nothing but praise coming from the actual clients.

Monique and her team provided care to my late mother for approx 3 years. Preparing meals, shopping, cleaning, washing, ironing, personal care, administering prescription medications, accompanying her on doctor and hospital appointments. Nothing was too much trouble and the care provided to my mother, who at times was difficult, was exceptional. My mother came to regard them as friends and they, in turn understood her increasing needs and reliance on their support. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering needing their services.

"Infinity did not disappoint"

We chose Infinity because they were a local team focused on serving clients in the Andover area and we wanted to find a company that really cared about their clients and treated them as individuals. Infinity did not disappoint. Initially my 97 year old mother in law was sceptical about needing help but she has quickly grown very confident and trusting of the service provided by each of her carers. They have all built a really strong rapport with her and their daily visits are something she now both relies on and looks forward to. We have been incredibly impressed by how caring and kind the team are. My husband and I do not live locally and the service provided by Infinity has enabled my mother in law to stay in her own home, despite her age and increasing frailty. It has also given us confidence and peace of mind that someone is checking on her and helping her with her daily needs between our visits and will alert the local medical services if they see that she needs medical support before we do. In addition to the carers being lovely the office team are efficient, easy to contact and flexible. Infinity have made a difficult time for our family so much easier.

"Infinity provide truly proactive care"

Having used two other agencies to care for my father, I can tell you that Infinity is in a completely different league. Why? Because they provide truly proactive care - constantly on the look-out for solutions to any health issues that arise and always highly professional. It is so reassuring and very unexpected as I simply haven't been used to that level of care. I don't normally write reviews, but this is truly deserved and I'm so thankful we ended up with them!
