Our management holds NVQ Level 4 and 5 qualifications in Health & Social Care, senior staff are certified with NVQ Level 3, and care staff receive training to relevant care standards. How does care start?
If you or someone in your family needs care, the first step is to speak with our team. We can arrange an assessment so a manager can meet you, discuss your circumstances and understand what support would be most helpful.
Where possible, an assessment can take place on the same day. If this is not possible, we aim to arrange it within a day or two. We can then create your tailored care plan and agree what needs to be put in place, along with timings, a start date and pricing.
There is no obligation to proceed before you are happy with the proposed care.
